1. Cancellation Policy/ Missed/Reschedule Appointment

We require at least 24 hours noticed before your visit time to cancel/reschedule your appointments in Registered Massage Therapy. And at least 2 hours noticed before your visit time to cancel/reschedule in Feet Reflexology.

If a client missed an appointment without cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours (in Registered Massage Therapy)/ 2 hours (in Feet Reflexology) in advance, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee equivalent to a full price that would normally be charged for that appointment.

Please via our online booking systems/ by phone to cancel/ reschedule your appointment.

When you schedule your appointment with us online/by phone you are agreeing to these policies. Services booked online require a credit card to guarantee the booking. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no show. Upon checkout after your service, you may opt to use another method of payment. Gift Card, Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Debit card.

2. What should I expect for my first Registered Massage Therapy appointment?

Before the treatment

Please arrive 10 minutes early before your first appointment.

We would like you to take a few minutes to fill out a Patient Intake form and a Consent to Treatment at the front desk or fill out it online.

If you wish to use your insurance to pay the registered massage therapy, please fill out the Benefit Assignment Form before treatment at the front desk or fill out it online.

If you wish to fill out the forms at the front desk, please prepared your Plan Number and your Plan member Number for the Benefit Assignment Form.

 

During the treatment

Our therapist will guide you to the treatment room, go over your Patient Intake Form and your specific issue(s). Depending on the problem, your therapist may perform some special tests to assist them in uncovering the cause of your pain.

The therapist will then direct you on how to position yourself on the massage table before them leaving the room.

Given the information provided, our massage therapists will choose the most appropriate treatment to fit your needs. Your massage therapy treatment will be dependent on the RMT treating you and the presenting symptoms you may have.

 

After the treatment

In order to assist in your recovery process, the therapist may suggest a couple of stretching or strengthening exercises.

Payment of the full amount is taken at the end of the massage, please have a cup of tea or a few snacks when we submit your claim. And if your insurance plan doesn’t cover the full price (usually it covered 70%-90%, depending on the plan), we’d like you to pay the rest with Cash/Debit/Credit.

3. What should I expect for my first Reflexology appointment?

Before the session

We would like you to take a few minutes to fill out a Patient Intake form and a Consent to Treatment at the front desk or fill out it online.

If you are dressing tight clothes, please noticed our therapist prepare changing clothes for you.

 

During the session

Our therapist will guide you to the room, go over your Patient Intake Form and your specific issue(s). After that, you may sit and relax or change clothes when our therapist prepares the reflexology stuff.

Given the information provided, our therapists will choose the most appropriate treatment to fit your needs. Your massage therapy session will be dependent on the reflexologist treating you and the presenting symptoms you may have.

 

After the session

Payment of the full amount is taken at the end of the massage, please have a cup of tea or a few snacks when we prepare your payment.
