Our Team

I like to utilize a combination of general Swedish massage, fascial techniques, pin and stretch, joint mobilizations and trigger point release. Based on patient history and pre assessments I adapt my treatment to best suit the underlying conditions of each person. I offer relaxation massage, prenatal, abdominal massage, and massage for a variety of orthopedic and systemic conditions. My goal is to increase patient’s well being by decreasing trigger points, provide relief from migraines and headaches and decrease pain from overuse injuries and acute and chronic conditions. I also aim to prevent injury, restore balance and enhance function of joints, ligaments and soft tissue.
